You describe one workflow in writing. We study it, ask what we need to ask, and send back a short written assessment of where it is losing time and what we would change.
Three to five pages covering how the work moves today, where clarity is missing, what we recommend and in what order, what we would leave alone, and what we could not determine.
One workflow. One document. One round of clarifying questions. No meeting required, and that is the point rather than a limitation — it costs you less and produces a better record than a conversation would.

We design the workflow your team will put in place: the structures it needs, the templates and prompt guidance where AI assists, the communication triggers, and the checks that keep it safe. You receive a Workflow Blueprint — written procedures a new member of staff could follow on their first day.
We design and document. Your team implements. If you would rather bring in someone to build it, we will tell you what to look for.

One scheduled session each month, written notes after each, and a short quarterly review of what has drifted and what is worth revisiting.
Quarterly term, cancellable at the end of each quarter. Most firms do not need it, and we will say so.
How they fit
Every engagement begins with a Review. Whether it goes further depends entirely on whether what we find is worth acting on.
Some firms take the Review, make the changes themselves, and we never hear from them again. That is a good outcome, and we would rather it happened than not.
We do not access your systems. We do not touch client data. We do not configure platforms or build automations. We do not sell software, and there is nothing to license from us.
$750 for the Operational Review, payable in full before the intake goes out.
Because it makes the intake better. A firm that has paid writes carefully, and the quality of what you write is the single biggest factor in what the Review is worth to you.
If the Review does not earn its place, tell us within seven days and we will refund it in full. We would rather return the fee than leave a document with our name on it that did not deserve to exist.
The Review is delivered within ten business days of a completed intake. That is the only commitment we make on timing, and it is deliberate — fast enough to feel responsive, slow enough to be careful.
We read what you write to us and nothing else. We never log in to your systems, and we delete your intake on request.
A written engagement letter accompanies the fee and sets out scope, confidentiality and terms. If your firm prefers a document your own counsel is comfortable with, say so and we will work from that instead.
